As a mom myself who has battled with postpartum depression, anxiety and rage I have taken my experiences and knowledge of developmental psychology to create an intro level course for moms to build their confidence and find calm amongst the chaos of parenting. This course was designed thoughtfully to help parents better identify their emotional triggers, calm their nervous system and reconnect with themselves and their children.
